WHAT KIND OF NFTS ARE COMPLEX CREATURES?
Complex Creatures NFTs are ERC-721 Tokens hosted on IPFS.
WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
Our mission is to build a community of like-minded art lovers through this project, to give back to the community, and to invite more artists into the space. We help artists & collectors find their way in the NFT space.
WHAT PERKS DO I GET FOR OWNING A COMPLEX CREATURE NFT?
Several things
1.) Full Commercial Rights over the art in the NFT you own
2.) Exclusive access to its high-resolution file
3.) Voting and recommendation rights on artists the Complex Creature Fund should support
4.) The right to sell your NFT whenever you would like with no judgment
5.) Channels for emerging artists to learn how to bring their works into the NFT space
HOW MANY COMPLEX CREATURES ARE THERE?
There will be a very limited supply of only 3,000 (three thousand) original Complex Creatures. Once they’re released, the only way to get one will be on OpenSea, a secondary market.
IS THERE A PRESALE?
Anyone that is an active community member will have a chance to join the Complex Creatures WL. Keep an eye out for discord announcements.
WHEN IS THE PRE-SALE?
The pre-sale is on March 1st, 2022. The only people allowed to mint during pre-sale are people on the whitelist who have sent us their wallets and have the “Complex Creatures WL” role in Discord. The pre-sale ends on March 2nd, 2022, leaving 24 hours for people to mint during pre-sale.
HOW MANY MINTS ARE ALLOWED AT PRESALE?
5 mints per transaction are allowed for the presale. Max 15 per wallet.

WHEN WILL THE COMPLEX CREATURES BE REVEALED?
The Complex Creatures will be revealed instantly. You may need to refresh metadata on OpenSea since it can be slow sometimes.
HOW DO I VIEW MY COMPLEX CREATURE ON OPENSEA?
Your Complex Creature will be in your wallet a few minutes after your mint.
HOW DOES THE MINTING PROCESS WORK?
In order to mint, you will need two things:
A MetaMask wallet. If you don’t have one, you can easily get it set up at https://metamask.io/
Some ETH in your wallet. This may take a few days if you are new to the ETH ecosystem, so make sure you take some time to do that ASAP.
On the project launch, you can head over to our website and mint directly from there. Make sure you are on the right website by only using the URLs in #official-links. There are a lot of scammers out there so please only ever click on links in #official-links.

HOW TO PREVENT BEING SCAMMED IN THIS SPACE?
Firstly, no one from our team will ever DM you on discord. We will @you in the chat if we ever want to communicate. We recommend turning DMs off as soon as you join our discord to prevent scammers from messaging you fraudulent links. It can be done in privacy setting and by unchecking the "Allow direct messages from server members" button. Be careful and feel free to ask a mod if anything seems suspicious.
CAN I TRADE MY COMPLEX CREATURES?
Yes, just like most NFTs, holders will be able to trade theirs on the secondary market.
WILL THE CONTRACT BE PUBLIC?
Yes, it can be found on our minting website and in #official-links in our discord once it is finalized. You will see that the contract has been published and the Whitelist users have also been added to the contract to make sure they are ready for pre-sale!
HOW WILL YOU MAKE THE PROJECT SUSTAINABLE LONG-TERM?
Upon sell-out, we will create a separate discord channel for Complex Creatures NFT holders. Members will be able to provide feedback and inputs for the project team as we roll out the roadmap. We don’t exclude the option to integrate more utilities down the road depending on what the community wants to see (i.e. cross-project collaborations, exhibits for artists, etc.)

WHAT'S NEXT FOR THE COMPLEX CREATURES?CESS?
We want to give artists a platform who want to get into the NFT space and learn how they can bring their art into the NFT space. We plan to set up dedicated "how to" channels for upcoming artists so they can learn how to create NFTs from their art to showcase to the world. The channel will cover everything from smart contracts to minting Dapps and everything in-between. If you hold a Complex Creature NFT you will receive free access to mint the next project that we will be releasing. (just pay gas) We invite you to join us in creating a community of art lovers interested in pondering our reality, creating meaning through art, and using our collective energy to empower others.
